Boil water in a large saucepan then add your potatoes to boil until it\u2019s easy to pierce a knife through it. Remove from the water and pat the potatoes down fry<br \/>\n2. Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller cubes. Whilst it\u2019s warm either mash the cubes with a fork or a masher. Alternatively, for optimum consistency add the cubes to a ricer and rice it down.<br \/>\n3. Mix in the Two Chicks Egg Whites until it\u2019s well incorporated.<br \/>\n4. Using your hand gradually add in the flour. Start off with add a good 50g and mix well with your hands. You\u2019ll notice the consistency is sticky, add another 50g ensuring to mix well until full incorporated. The dough will feel more tacky than stick.<br \/>\n5. Using the remaining flour, lightly cover in flour and cut into four segments. Start rolling each segment out into a long thick rope adding flour to avoid the rope sticking to the cutting board. Cut into smaller pieces using a knife. Press a slight hole in the middle<br \/>\n6. OPTIONAL: allow the gnocchi pieces to rest in the fridge for a few hours<br \/>\n7. Place the gnocchi pieces in the AirFryer lightly drizzling oil all over to cook in batches for 16 minutes at 200C flipping over halfway<br \/>\n8.
