{"id":21801,"date":"2023-04-26T11:43:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T03:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21801"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:37","slug":"parathas-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/parathas-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","title":{"rendered":"Parathas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1- 2 cups All Purpos Flour (Maida)<br \/>\n2- 2 tbl.sp Yogurt<br \/>\n3- 2 tbl.sp Oil<br \/>\n4- Salt 1 tsp<br \/>\n5- Sugar 1\/2 tsp<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1- Add Flour in mixing bowl along with Yogurt, Oil, Salt and Sugar and begin to mix flour with hand.<br \/>\n2- Once flour looks crumbly gradually add water and make a non sticky dough.<br \/>\n3- Cover and set aside for 20 minutes on room temperature,<br \/>\n4- Now again knead a dough for 8 to 10 minutes , after kneading the dough must be soft.<br \/>\n5- Then leave the dough again covered for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n6- Divide the dough to 6 equal parts and make smooth balls.
