{"id":21789,"date":"2023-04-26T09:43:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T01:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21789"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:40","slug":"jalapeno-cream-cheese-filled-chicken-ataleofsauceandspice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/jalapeno-cream-cheese-filled-chicken-ataleofsauceandspice","title":{"rendered":"Jalape\u00f1o Cream Cheese Filled Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 chicken breasts<br \/>\nOlive oil for cooking @la_familia_oils<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n2 tsp paprika<br \/>\n2 tsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n<h2>Cream Cheese Filling<\/h2>\n<p>1\u20442 cup cream cheese<br \/>\n2 Tblsp chopped jalapen\u0303os (I used pickled)<br \/>\n1 tsp dry parsley<br \/>\n2 tblsp Freshly chopped coriander<br \/>\n1 tblsp lemon juice<br \/>\nMix and set aside.<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Butterfly the chicken breasts (make a cut in the center to create a pocket for stuffing the cream cheese filling)<br \/>\nDrizzle with olive oil sprinkle spices over on both sides rub to coat evenly.<br \/>\nOpen up the chicken pocket and add the cream cheese filling close and secure using toothpicks.<br \/>\nHeat olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken on high heat on both sides till its nice and browned. Reduce the heat to low cover and cook till tender.<br \/>\nServe with a squeeze of lemon juice, potato wedges and salad.<\/p>\n<h2>Baked Potato Wedges<\/h2>\n<p>Peel and cut potatoes in to long wedges.<br \/>\nSoak in boiling hoot water for 20 minutes. Drain the water and wipe dry using a paper towel.<br \/>\nLay them in an oven tray Drizzle with olive oil. Season with your favourite French fry spice I used the calistos one.
