Prep the wings by mixing together the salt, baking powder and paprika. Place the wings on a rack and bake till crispy and golden. (Preheated oven, gas mark 5\/190-200c)<br \/>\n2. Meanwhile, in a pan heat up a little oil and add the sesame seeds. Alternatively you can use sesame oil. Add in the grated ginger and garlic, cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n3. Add in the chilli flakes, mix well.<br \/>\n4. Add in the soy, honey, sriracha and rice vinegar. Give it a good mix, and bring to a bubble.<br \/>\n5. Once the wings have cooked, place in the sauce and gently coat in the sauce.<br \/>\n6.
