Take atta into basin, Add oil and mix very well.<br \/>\n2. Gradually adding water and needing until it becomes soft dough. Covering for 5 minutes then take small feast full of dough.<br \/>\n3. Make into round circles and pressing flat.<br \/>\n4. Coat into dry atta and start making rotlis onto the patlo with welan.<br \/>\n5. Softly pressing rolling pin with both hands on either side and working on making round circule.<br \/>\n6. Then place it onto hot griddle in medium heat.<br \/>\n7. In about a minute flip over and fully cook on this side then flip over once more and cook well.<br \/>\n8. Now place it on a plate then spread butter.
