In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (bar the lemon slices and chicken pieces)<br \/>\n2. Add the marinade over the chicken and leave to marinade for at least an hour.<br \/>\n3. Preheat the oven to gas mark 5\/200c.<br \/>\n4. Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and place lemon slices on top. Bake chicken for around 30 minutes. Baste the chicken in the juices 2\/3 times as it bakes.<br \/>\n5.
