{"id":21750,"date":"2023-04-19T12:02:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T04:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21750"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:45","slug":"achaari-bhindi-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/achaari-bhindi-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","title":{"rendered":"Achaari Bhindi"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Bhindi \/ Lady finger 1 kg<br \/>\n(afer washing cut their head and tail and make a slit in between)<br \/>\nOil 1 cup<br \/>\nOnion 4 large thinly sliced<br \/>\nFennel seeds 2 tsp<br \/>\nCumin seeds 2 tsp<br \/>\nKalonji \/ Black seeds 1 tsp<br \/>\nMusatrd seeds 1 tsp<br \/>\nGinger garlic paste 1 tsp<br \/>\nTomatoes 4 large cut into 4 pieces<br \/>\nSalt 1 n 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\nRed Chili Powder 2 tsp<br \/>\nTurmeric 1 tsp<br \/>\nWhole Coriander seeds roasted and crushed 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\nYogurt 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\nGreen Chilies 5 to 6<br \/>\nLemon 1\/2 for Freshly Squeeze juice<\/p>\n<h2>How To Make<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add oil in pan once heated add onions ans saute on medium flame until golden brown.<br \/>\n2. In pan add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji\/black seeds mustard seeds and let them crackle.<br \/>\n3. Now add ginger garlic paste and roast until fragrant.<br \/>\n4. Add tomatoes and cover the pan with lid on slow flame for 6 to 8 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Remove tomatoes peel and mash well with spoon, add 2 tbl.sp water alog with salt, red chili powder,<br \/>\nturmeric powder, whole coriander seeds and roast until oil separate.<br \/>\n6. Add bhindi and green chilies in pan with yogurt and mix well, If needed add 2 tbl.sp water and cook<br \/>\non slow flame until oil separate from gravy and bhindi cook well.<br \/>\n7.
