{"id":21737,"date":"2023-04-19T11:02:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T03:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21737"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:48","slug":"maash-daal-palak-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/maash-daal-palak-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","title":{"rendered":"Maash Daal Palak"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Maash daal 1 cup soaked overnight<br \/>\nSalt 1 tsp<br \/>\nRed Chili flakes 1 tsp<br \/>\nTurmeric powder 1\/4 tsp<br \/>\nOil 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\n<em><strong>***Add in pressure cooker with spices and cook until tender, blend &amp; set aside<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>To Make Masala For Daal<\/h2>\n<p>Oil 1\/2 cup<br \/>\nOnion 1 large finely chopped<br \/>\nGinger garlic paste 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\nGren chili paste 1 tsp<br \/>\nTomatoes 2 cut into 4 pieces<br \/>\nSalt (if needed)<br \/>\nRed Chili Powder 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\nCoriander powder 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\nTurmeric powder 1\/4 tsp<br \/>\nGaram Masala Powder 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\nChopped Coriander<\/p>\n<h2>For Tarka<\/h2>\n<p>Ghee \/ Butter 1\/4 cup<br \/>\nOnion 1 small thinly sliced<br \/>\nCumin Seeds 1 tsp<br \/>\nButton chilies few<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1- Add oil in pan, once heated add onions in pan and saute until translucent.<br \/>\n2- Add ginger, garlic paste in pan along with green chilies paste and saute until fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Then add tomatoes and cover the pan with lid on slow flame.<br \/>\n4. After 6 to 8 minutes open the lid and remove tomatoes peel. Mash tomatoes with spoon, if needed add 2 tbl.sp water.<br \/>\n5. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and roast until aroma of cooked masala comes off.<br \/>\n6. Add blended daal in cooked masala mix well and add chopped spinach in it.<br \/>\n7. Let it cook on slow flame, spinach will release moisture by itself so don&#8217;t add water.<br \/>\n8. After 12 to 15 minutes blend daal with wooden blender and blend it well.<br \/>\n9. Let it cook few more minutes then check the consistency of daal.<br \/>\n10.Now add ghee \/ butter in pan once heated add onion and let it golden brown then add cumin seeds,<br \/>\nbutton chilies and green chili, cook for few seconds and pour it over the daal.<br \/>\n11. Sprinkle garam masala and add coriander.<br \/>\n12.
