{"id":21720,"date":"2023-04-18T09:17:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-18T01:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21720"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:48","slug":"harira-soup-ataleofsauceandspice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/harira-soup-ataleofsauceandspice","title":{"rendered":"Harira Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Add The Following Ingredients To A Big Pot<\/h2>\n<p>400g beef (use fillet or with bones)<br \/>\n1 medium onion finely chopped<br \/>\n3 large celery stalks (julienned)<br \/>\n2 hand fulls freshly chopped coriander<br \/>\n1 heaped Tblsp ginger<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp turmeric<br \/>\n1 tsp salt (adjust accordingly)<br \/>\n1 tsp cinnamon powder<br \/>\n1 tsp crushed black pepper<br \/>\n1 Tblsp olive oil<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup tomato puree (canned)<br \/>\n1 liter boiling water<br \/>\nI added in a stalk of lemon grass as well (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix it all together turn on the heat to medium high cover and cook till it comes to a boil then add in 1\u20444 cup rice cook further till the rice and the meat is cooked through then add 1 cup boiled chickpeas and a flour slurry that is:<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup water<br \/>\n2 Tblsp All purpose flour dissolve ensuring no lumps remain. Add it to the soup mix continuously cover and let it simmer on low heat for a further 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring in between to avoid burning at the bottom. Taste and season accordingly lastly add in freshly squeezed lemon juice from 1\u20442 a lemon.
