Make a well in the center. Pour in the oil and enough warm water to make a slightly soft dough. Mix till you don&#8217;t see any bits of dry flour.<br \/>\nTransfer to a clean work surface. Stretch the dough, add butter a d knead the dough well for a good 10 minutes till its nice soft and elastic. Cover and let it double in size.<\/p>\n<h2>Filling<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup cream cheese<br \/>\n3\u20444 cup gouda\/cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup mozzarella cheese<br \/>\n1 tsp dry parsley<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n<em>**Mix and use to fill the fatayer.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>To Assemble<\/h2>\n<p>Divide dough in to small balls. Flatten and roll in to a long oval shape.<br \/>\nAdd the cream cheese filling in the center only (i added chopped olives. You can also add feta cheese).<br \/>\nFold the sides over the filling pinching the ends together. Make like a boat\/pide shape.<br \/>\nBrush the sides with egg wash. Sprinkle sesame seeds or herbs of choice.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or till slightly golden brown.
