{"id":21705,"date":"2023-04-18T06:57:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T22:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21705"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:54","slug":"cheese-potato-rolls-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cheese-potato-rolls-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","title":{"rendered":"Cheese Potato Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 large size size potatoes boiled<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp white pepper powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp onion powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1\/4 cup corn flour<br \/>\nfew leaves of chopped coriander<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Mozzarella cheese<br \/>\n1 cup Panko bread crumbs (Japanese style bread crumbs)<br \/>\n2 egg<br \/>\nOil for frying<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mash potatoes and add salt, white pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, roasted cumin powder, chopped coriander and corn flour.<br \/>\nMix everything nicely with potatoes cover the bowl and keep it back in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.<br \/>\nNow take a small potion of potato mixture in your greased hands and spread on your palms.<br \/>\nPut some Mozzarella cheese in center and give it a shape of roll by folding this.<br \/>\nMake all rolls in same way.<br \/>\nDip these cheese potato rolls in whisked eggs and then roll in Panko bread crumbs, now again dip in eggs and again roll it in bread crumbs.<br \/>\nPrepared all in sam,e way and keep it back in refrigerator before frying for half an hour.<br \/>\nNow fry these rolls in medium hot oil about 3 to 4 minutes on medium high flame.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t over crowd the pan.
