After 15 minutes add few splashes of water and knead dough till it&#8217;s elastic and smooth and comes in ball form easily.<br \/>\n3. Dough is ready , give it a 1\/2 an hour rest in refrigerator before using.<\/p>\n<h2>For Potato Stuffing<\/h2>\n<p>Potatoes boiled 1 kg (mashed well)<br \/>\nSalt 2 tsp or according to your taste<br \/>\nRed Chili Flakes 1 tbl.sp<br \/>\nChaat Masala 2 tsp<br \/>\nCumin Seeds 2 tsp Roasted and crushed<br \/>\nWhole coriander seeds 2 tbl.sp Roasted and Crushed<br \/>\nGreen chilies chopped 2 tsp (optional)<br \/>\nCoriander chopped 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\nMint Leaves few (optional)<br \/>\nSpring Onion chopped 1\/2 cup<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix well to combine all the flavors.<br \/>\n2. Now take a big ball from Aata dough. Mame a ball.<br \/>\n3. Sprinkle some flour on working space.<br \/>\n4. Spread the ball with hands or rolling pin , place potato ball over that and tightly sealed.<br \/>\n5.
