Fill in to Samoosas. Dip each samoosa in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs press lightly to stick the crumbs better. You may alternatively use a thin mixture of laai (thin flour slurry just flour and water mixed to form a thin batter consistency. In place of the eggs to do the breading, it works just as fine).
Freeze/fry and enjoy.

Ingredients 2 Tblsp butter 1 kg chicken fillet (cut into cubes) 1 tblsp ground garlic 1 tsp aromat 2 heaped tsp chicken spice (I used calistos) 1⁄2 tsp white pepper 2 tsp lemon pepper Salt to taste Juice of 1 large lemon 1⁄3 cup jalapeño sauce of choice 2 handfuls freshly chopped coriander 1⁄2 cup…

[12

post-21566","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-snacks-sweets
["GET
