Besan 1\/2 cup<br \/>\n2. Salt 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\n3. Red Chili Flakes 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\n4. Baking Powder 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\n5. Oil for Frying<br \/>\n6. Yogurt 3 cups well whisked<br \/>\n7. White chickpeas 1 can<br \/>\n8. Potato 1 boiled<br \/>\n9. Onion 1 small finely chopped<br \/>\n10. Tomato 1 small finely chopped<br \/>\n11. Chaat Masala 1 tsp<br \/>\n12. Salt for yogurt 1 tsp or as you like<br \/>\n13. Pink Salt \/ kala namak 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\n14. Coriander chopped<\/p>\n<h2>How To Make Gram Flour Dumplings\/ Phulkiyan<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add gram flour in bowl along with salt , red chili flakes and baking powder.<br \/>\n2. Add water to make thick paste.<br \/>\n3. Heat oil in wok and drop small balls of besan mixture in oil , once balls turns golden take out from oil and dip in water for 10 to 15 minutes.<br \/>\n4. After 15 minutes take out balls from water slightly press balls in between your palms and keep aside for later use.<\/p>\n<h2>For Assembling<\/h2>\n<p>1. In yogurt add salt , chaat masala , pink salt and mix well.<br \/>\n2. Then add chickpeas in yogurt along with onion, potatoe and tomato. Mix well.<br \/>\n3. Now add gram flour dumplings in bowl and mix with light hands.<br \/>\n4. Sprinkle some chopped coriander over the top.<br \/>\n5.
