{"id":21562,"date":"2023-04-15T09:31:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-15T01:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21562"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:31:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:31:59","slug":"tuna-and-aloo-chop-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/tuna-and-aloo-chop-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Tuna And Aloo Chop"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>160g of tuna chunks<br \/>\n200g of potato, peeeled and boiled<br \/>\n1 small onion, sliced thinly<br \/>\n1 tsp of mixed curry powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp of tumeric<br \/>\noil<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 can of sweetcorn, drained (optional)<br \/>\nchopped coriander (14g)<\/p>\n<h2>For The Coating<\/h2>\n<p>plain flour<br \/>\nbeaten eggs<br \/>\ngolden breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Heat up a tbsp (or less) in a non stick pan, and add the onions. Cover and Cook onions for a few minutes then add in salt. Cover again and allow to soften. Adding a little water if needed.<br \/>\n2. Add in the curry powder and tumeric and mix well. Continue to cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n3. Add in the drained tuna, mix and continue cooking for a few more minutes. Then add in the drained sweetcorn.<br \/>\n4. Add in the potatoes and begin to mash with the back of your spoon. Continue till there are no large chunks.<br \/>\n5. Add in the coriander and and turn off heat. Leave to cool before moulding.<br \/>\n6. Prepare your coating plates, each item in a separate plate or bowl.<br \/>\n7. Shape the mixture into desired shape.<br \/>\n8. Coat them all in the flour then place on a tray.<br \/>\n9. Place in the egg wash then the breadcrumbs and repeat this step again.<br \/>\n10.
