Heat oil and butter in a pan , once butter melted add chicken in it.<br \/>\n2. Roast on high flame until chicken change its color.<br \/>\n3. Add ginger garlic paste and roast again till all the moisture dries-up.<br \/>\n4. Take out chicken in a bowl and add in same pan green chilies, onion and capsicum.<br \/>\n5. Fry until translucent then add chicken in pan along with salt, white pepper, red chili flakes and yogurt.<br \/>\n6. Roast until all the moisture dries-up then add cheese triangle and cook until cheese melt.<br \/>\n7. Now add cream and milk mixture, mix well and cover with lid.<br \/>\n8. Cook on slow flame until gravy thickens. Keep an eye in between to avoid burning from bottom.<br \/>\n9. Delicious Paneer Reshmi Handi is ready to serve. Sprinkle red chili flakes on top with th knob of butter.<br \/>\n10.
