{"id":21536,"date":"2023-04-14T10:54:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T02:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21536"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:05","slug":"smoked-juicy-mince-served-with-rotis-ataleofsauceandspice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/smoked-juicy-mince-served-with-rotis-ataleofsauceandspice","title":{"rendered":"Smoked Juicy Mince Served With Rotis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400g beef mince<br \/>\n2 tablespoons ghee<br \/>\n1 tablespoon oil<br \/>\n1 onion chopped<br \/>\n1 heaped teaspoon ground ginger<br \/>\n1 heaped teaspoon ground garlic<br \/>\n2 fresh green chillies chopped<br \/>\n2 heaped teaspoons bbq spice<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground cumin powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon paprika\/kashmiri red chilli powder<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup boiling water<br \/>\n2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice<br \/>\nCharcoal and oil for smoking<br \/>\nFreshly chopped coriander, lemon wedges and ginger juliennes for garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat ghee and oil in a pot. Add chopped onion and cook till slightly golden brown.<br \/>\nAdd the ginger, garlic, and freshly chopped green chillies and braise for a minute.<br \/>\nAdd beef mince and cook while stirring constantly breaking down the mince using a wooden spoon.<br \/>\nOnce all the mince has browned Add all of the spices and cook till done.<br \/>\nAdd water and cook covered till the oil floats to the surface.<br \/>\nHeat a piece of charcoal and place it in a small bowl in the center of the mince pour over some ghee\/oil and immediately close the lid. Keep it closed for at least 5 minutes.<br \/>\nGarnish with fresh coriander and ginger juliennes you may add freshly chopped green chillies too.
