{"id":21524,"date":"2023-04-14T08:54:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T00:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21524"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:08","slug":"chicken-malai-boti-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-malai-boti-kitchen_flavors_by_sana","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Malai Boti"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg Chicken boneless (cut into strips or cubes)<br \/>\n1 inch piece of ginger<br \/>\n6 to 7 garlic cloves<br \/>\n6 green chilies<br \/>\n1\/2 cup yogurt<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp red chili flakes<br \/>\n1 tsp black pepper powder<br \/>\n1 tbl.sp raw papaya paste<br \/>\n2 tbl.sp lemon juice<br \/>\n250 ml thick cream<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1- First add ginger, garlic, green chilies and 2 to 3 tbl.sp yogurt in container\/ blender and make a smooth paste.<br \/>\n2- Then add all the ingredients\/ spices in container\/blender and blend until everything well combined.<br \/>\n3- Marinate chicken strips\/cubes with this marination and set aside for half an hour. Its better to keep in refrigerator.<br \/>\n4- Skew on skewers carefully.<br \/>\n5- Now keep it in freezer for 30 minutes before cooking.
