{"id":21522,"date":"2023-04-14T08:34:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T00:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21522"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:08","slug":"dahi-baray-kitchencornerpak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/dahi-baray-kitchencornerpak","title":{"rendered":"Dahi Baray"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For Baray<\/h2>\n<p>1 large thinly sliced onion<br \/>\n3,4 thinly chopped green chillies<br \/>\n1 and 1\/2 cup gram flour<br \/>\nSalt 1 tea spoon or to taste<br \/>\nRed chilli powder 1 and 1\/2 tea spoon<br \/>\nBaking powder 1 \/4 tea spoon<br \/>\nYogurt 1\/2 cup<br \/>\nWater as required<br \/>\nOil for Frying<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For Topping<\/h2>\n<p>Yogurt 1\/2 kg<br \/>\nOnion 1 large (chopped)<br \/>\nTomatoes 1 large (chopped)<br \/>\nPotatoes 2 medium (Boiled and cubed)<br \/>\nGreen chillies 2,3 (chopped)<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nBlack pepper to taste<br \/>\nChaat Masala to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Add all the ingredients of Baray together and give a good mix.<br \/>\nAdd water gradually and make a medium thick batter.<br \/>\nRest it for 1\/2 hour.<br \/>\nMedium heat the oil in a flat pan.<br \/>\nAdd one table spoon of batter and make round disc shape Baray.<br \/>\nGolden brown from both sides, take them out and directly add them to water.
