Till slightly browned. Lower the heat. Add in 2 handfuls chopped baby spinach. Let it cook till the chicken is tender and spinach has wilted.<br \/>\nAdd in 1\u20444 cup cream mixed with 1 Tblsp knorr cream of chicken or mashroom soup (use chicken stock powder or just cornflour if you don&#8217;t have packet soup).<br \/>\nStir to combine. Add more cream if its too thick. Let it simmer for a minute then add in 1\u20442 can cream style sweetcorn. Cook for another minute or two. Remove from heat and cool completely.<br \/>\nOnce cold, add in 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar\/gauda cheese, along with 2 Tblsp steers garlic sauce and 1 cup crumbled feta. Mix and adjust any seasoning.<br \/>\nFill in pastry. Close and brush with egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired. Bake and enjoy with tea.<br \/>\nNote: These can be stored (unbaked) in the freezer too. Just lay them in an airtight container with layers of plastic wrap in between. Seal tightly then store.
