Desi ghee \/ Butter 2 tbl.sp<br \/>\n2. Vermicelli 1 cup (break in small pieces)<br \/>\n3. Full Fat Milk 1 litre<br \/>\n4. Cardamom Powder 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\n5. Granulated Sugar 1 cup<br \/>\n6. Desi Ghee 2 tbl.sp (for nuts tampering)<br \/>\n7. Pistachios 2 tbl.sp sliced<br \/>\n8. Almonds 2 tbl.sp sliced<\/p>\n<h2>How To Make<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add butter in pan and let it melt on slow flame.<br \/>\n2. Once ghee melted add vermicelli in pan and rost on slow flame until<br \/>\nvermicelli changes its color and aroma of roasting came out.<br \/>\n3. Switch off flame and set aside vermicelli for later use.<br \/>\n4. Slightly grease the pan before adding milk. Then add milk in pan and<br \/>\nlet the boil come.<br \/>\n5. Once bubbles appears on edges add cardamom powder in itan mix well.<br \/>\n6. Stir continously on high flame, once boil comes keep the flame slow.<br \/>\n7. Add sugar in oan and stir continuously to avoid burning sugar at bottom.<br \/>\n8. After few minutes add roasted vermicelli in milk and stir well to combine<br \/>\nwith milk.<br \/>\n9. Keep stirring once milk getting thicker switch off flame and set aside.<br \/>\n10. Add 2 tbl.sp desi ghee in frying pan, once ghee melted add in sliced nuts.<br \/>\n11. Roast on slow flame until fragrant and turned slightly golden.<br \/>\n12. Pour this nutty tarka over the top of Sheer Khurma and mix well.<br \/>\n13.
