{"id":21479,"date":"2023-04-12T08:04:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-12T00:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21479"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:14","slug":"pizza-bites-kitchencornerpak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/pizza-bites-kitchencornerpak","title":{"rendered":"Pizza Bites"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For Chicken<\/h2>\n<p>200g boneless chicken<br \/>\n2 table spoons oil<br \/>\n1 tea spoon garlic paste<br \/>\n2 or 3 tablespoons water<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 tea spoon black pepper and red chilli powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tea spoon Coriander Powder and garam Masala powder<br \/>\n1 table spoon lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Cut the chicken in very small Cubes.<br \/>\nAdd oil and garlic paste in a pan and saute for few seconds.<br \/>\nAdd chicken and saute until it changes color.<br \/>\nAdd all the spices and lemon juice and cook for few seconds.<br \/>\nAdd water and cover with lid.<br \/>\nCook on low flame for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove the lid and cook on high flame so water gets dry.<br \/>\nReady, kept aside.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For Pizza Dough<\/h2>\n<p>All purpose flour\/Maida 3 Cups<br \/>\nSugar 2 tea spoons<br \/>\nSalt 1\/2 tea spoon<br \/>\nInstant yeast 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nOil 2 table spoons<br \/>\nWarm water 1 cup<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all the dry ingredients and add oil and mix it.<br \/>\nAdd warm water gradually and mix it.<br \/>\nKnead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd 2 tea spoons of oil in a bowl and place the dough into it and cover with a cling wrap.<br \/>\nRest the Dough for 2 hours.<br \/>\nAfter 2 hours knead the dough again for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nDust the surface with flour and place your dough.<br \/>\nSprinkle some flour on top.<br \/>\nFlatten the dough with hands and then with the help of rolling pin make a round disk.<br \/>\nCut in a circular shape with a cutter.<br \/>\nIt makes 18-20.<\/p>\n<h2>For Freezing<\/h2>\n<p>Place the pizza dough in a baking tray.<br \/>\nStretch the center with your fingers.<br \/>\nPoke them with fork and apply some oil on top.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200 C.<br \/>\nReady, apply pizza sauce and do all your favorite toppings and wrap with a cling paper.<br \/>\nCan be kept in a freezer for 1 month.<br \/>\nWhen needed, take them out and bake in a preheated oven at 200C until cheese melts.<br \/>\nIf not freezing then don&#8217;t Bake the Bread,just directly do all the toppings and bake in a preheated Oven for 10 minutes on 200 C.<br \/>\nSprinkle some Chilli flakes on top and Enjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients For Chicken 200g boneless chicken 2 table spoons oil 1 tea spoon garlic paste 2 or 3 tablespoons water Salt to taste 1\/2 tea spoon black pepper and red chilli powder 1\/2 tea spoon Coriander Powder and garam Masala powder 1 table spoon lemon juice Method Cut the chicken in very small Cubes.
