{"id":21461,"date":"2023-04-11T11:26:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T03:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21461"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:17","slug":"dum-keema-kitchencornerpak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/dum-keema-kitchencornerpak","title":{"rendered":"Dum Keema"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Oil 1 \/2 cup<br \/>\nOnion 1 large (sliced)<br \/>\nMince 1\/2 kg<br \/>\nGinger garlic paste 1 table spoon<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nGround red chillies 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nSeasame seeds 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nCoriander powder 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nTurmeric powder 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nGround Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nYogurt 1\/2 cup<br \/>\nGreen chillies 2<br \/>\nFresh coriander 1\/2 bunch<br \/>\nCharcoal for smoke<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add oil in a wok, add onions, brown them, take them out and kept aside.<br \/>\n2. In the same oil add mince and bhunify it very well.<br \/>\n3. Add onions and ginger, garlic paste and cook for few minutes.<br \/>\n4. Add all the spices and cook for few minutes by adding splash of water.<br \/>\n5. Add yogurt and mix it. If required then also add water.<br \/>\n6. Cover with lid and put on low flame until Mince is done.<br \/>\n7. Add coriander and green chillies in a blender and blend to a fine paste.<br \/>\n8. Add this paste into a Mince and cook for few minutes until water dries completely.<br \/>\n9. Off the flame and place the burning charcoal in the centre of wok on some plate or foil and split a dash of oil over it.<br \/>\n10. Cover with lid for few minutes.<br \/>\n11. Ready to Enjoy.
