Next day remove from brine. And marinate with all of the above ingredients for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nHeat a nonstick frying pan with little bit of oil. Place chops in a single layer. Let it sear and cook (on high heat) till its nicely browned. Flip and brown on the other side as well. Once the chops has a lovely colour reduce the heat to low and let it cook through till tender. Serve hot with potato wedges, salad and generous squeeze of lemon.
