{"id":21391,"date":"2023-04-07T10:19:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-07T02:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21391"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:29","slug":"chilli-paneer-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chilli-paneer-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Chilli Paneer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>250g of paneer cut into cubes<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of corn flour<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp of turmeric<br \/>\n3 chopped garlic cloves<br \/>\n2 bell peppers, quartered<br \/>\n2 small onions, quartered<br \/>\n2 tbsp of soy sauce<br \/>\n1 cup of ketchup<br \/>\n1.5 tbsp of mr naga<br \/>\n1 tsp of cumin seeds<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of mustard seeds<br \/>\n1 tsp of whole grain mustard<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nOlive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a bowl mix together the corn flour, 1\/4 tsp of turmeric and 1\/4 tsp of salt.<br \/>\n2. Coat the paneer with the mix.<br \/>\n3. Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil and add the paneer. Brown the paneer and set aside.<br \/>\n4. Heat up 3 tbsp of olive oil and add the cumin and mustard seeds. Cook for a minute or till they start popping.<br \/>\n5. Add 3 chopped garlic cloves and brown.<br \/>\n6. Once browned, add in the peppers and onions. Add a pinch of salt to help soften up the onions. Cook on medium heat.<br \/>\n7. In a bowl, mix together 1 tsp of whole grain mustatd, 1.5 tbsp of mr naga, 1 cup of tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp of soy sauce.<br \/>\n8. Once the onion and pepper have softened, add in the sauce and bring to a slight bubble. If needed, add a little water and bring to the bubble.<br \/>\n9. Add the paneer back in, evenly coat in the sauce. Cook for a few more minutes.<br \/>\n10.
