{"id":21383,"date":"2023-04-07T09:19:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-07T01:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21383"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:29","slug":"peas-pilaf-kitchencornerpak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/peas-pilaf-kitchencornerpak","title":{"rendered":"Peas Pilaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Good quality Rice 1\/2 kg<br \/>\nOil 1\/2 cup<br \/>\nOnion 1 medium (sliced)<br \/>\nGinger garlic paste 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nTomatoes 2 medium (chopped)<br \/>\nSalt 2 tea spoon or to taste<br \/>\nRed chilli powder 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nCoriander powder 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nTurmeric powder 1 tea spoon<br \/>\nGaram Masala powder 1\/2 tea spoon<br \/>\nPeas 1 cup<br \/>\nWater 4 cups<br \/>\nGreen chillies 2<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add oil and onions in a pot and slightly brown them.<br \/>\n2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.<br \/>\n3. Add tomatoes and cook on low flame by covering with lid so tomatoes softens completely.<br \/>\n4. Add all the spices except garam masala powder and bhunify it by adding splash of water.<br \/>\n5. Add peas and cook for 2 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Add water and bring it to boil.<br \/>\n7. Soak rice in the water for about 1-2 hours.<br \/>\n8. Drain the water from rice and add them into the mixture.<br \/>\n9. Cook on high flame until 90 % of water dries.<br \/>\n10. Add green chillies and garam masala powder on top.<br \/>\n11. Cover with lid and put on very low flame for 10-15 minutes.<br \/>\n12.
