{"id":21046,"date":"2023-04-05T09:08:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T01:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=21046"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:34","slug":"sweet-and-spicy-salmon-bites-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sweet-and-spicy-salmon-bites-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Sweet And Spicy Salmon Bites"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 salmon fillets, cut into cubes<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n2 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tbsp of olive oil<br \/>\n1 tsp of Mr Naga (or your choice of chilli sauce)<br \/>\n60g of sweet chilli sauce<br \/>\n30g of light soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of cornflour, mixed with 1\/4 cup of water<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\ncoriander and red chillis for garnishing<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a bowl, marinate the salmon with paprika, salt and cumin. Airfry on 200c for 10 minutes. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. In a pan, heat up the oil and add the garlic. Cook garlic for a few minutes.<br \/>\n3. Mix together the soy, Mr Naga (chilli sauce) and sweet chilli sauce.<br \/>\n4. Add to the pan and bring to a bubble. Stir in your cornflour mix and bring to the boil again.<br \/>\n5. Add your salmon pieces back in and coat gently. Garnish with coriander and chilli.<br \/>\n6.
