Heat up the oil for deep frying.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl mix together the flour, cornflour, tumeric, salt, madras curry powder and coriander. Slowly pour in the water and mix till the batter forms a thicky, sticky mix. Thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Mix for a few minutes to work the gluten in the flour, this will ensure a super crispy batter.<br \/>\n3. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and place in the oil. Fry on medium to low and then crank heat up once the batter becomes golden.<br \/>\n4. Place on a colander lined with tissue to drain.<br \/>\n5.
