{"id":19962,"date":"2023-04-02T08:19:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-02T00:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19962"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:39","slug":"peri-tray-bake-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/peri-tray-bake-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Peri Tray Bake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For The Chicken<\/h2>\n<p>6 Chicken Thighs<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder (optional)<br \/>\n1 tsp of dried parsley<br \/>\n2 tsp of Peri seasoning<br \/>\n1 tbsp of oil<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For The Rice<\/h2>\n<p>250g of uncooked rice, washed and drained<br \/>\n1 tbsp of peri seasoning<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp of turmeric<br \/>\n1 stock cube<br \/>\n2 cups of water<br \/>\n80g of mixed veg, defrosted<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Marinate the chicken with all the spices listed. Leave to marinate for minimum of 1\/2 hour.<br \/>\n2. Preheat oven gas mark 5\/200c. In your chosen baking dish, add the rice with seasoning, turmeric and veg. Mix the stock cube with water and pour the water over the rice. Enough so all the rice is submerged.<br \/>\n3. Make wells big enough for the chicken pieces (as the rice stuck under the chicken takes far longer to cook and ends up overcooking the other parts). Place the chicken in the wells you have made. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Take out the oven and check that rice is cooked. If rice is still hard, you can add a dash of water, recover and continue to bake for anothet 5\/10 minutes. Once rice is ready, Remove foil and place back in for another 5 minutes to brown the chicken.<br \/>\n5.
