Wash the okra and cut off the ends.<br \/>\n2. Cut the okra into skinny strips.<br \/>\n3. In a bowl mix together the batter ingredients with some water mix to form a thick but runny batter.<br \/>\n4. Heat up oil for frying.<br \/>\n5. Place the okra pieces in the batter and coat evenly.<br \/>\n6. Drop the pieces in one by one and fry till golden and crispy.<br \/>\n7. Place on a colander to drain off excess oil.<br \/>\n8. Sprinkle with salt and chilli.
