{"id":19901,"date":"2023-04-01T06:35:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-31T22:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19901"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:45","slug":"creamy-chipotle-salmon-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-chipotle-salmon-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Chipotle Salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>For the Salmon:<br \/>\n4 salmon fillets, skin on<br \/>\na pinch of salt<br \/>\na pinch of pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp of chipotle seasoning<br \/>\n1 tsp of parsley<br \/>\n1 tbsp of oil<\/p>\n<h2>For The Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>50g of light butter<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n1\/2 onion, diced<br \/>\n150g of spinach, washed and drained<br \/>\n1 tbsp of tomato puree<br \/>\n350ml of double cream<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n2 tsp of chipotle seasoning<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of water (if needed)<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Season both sides of the salmon with all the spices (bar the oil). Heat up the oil in a non stick pan and place salmon skin side down. On medium heat, crisp up the salmon skin then turn over. Roughly 4-5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, set aside.<br \/>\n2. In the same pan, melt the butter and add in the garlic and onions. Sprinkle over some salt and saute till soft.<br \/>\n3. Stir in your tomato puree and allow to cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n4. Add in the paprika and chipotle seasoning. Stir and cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\n5. Add in the spinach and allow to wilt.<br \/>\n6. Add the cream, and bring to a little bubble.<br \/>\n7. Add the salmon back in and coat gently in the sauce.<br \/>\n8.
