Then create a well in the center.<br \/>\nPour in the oil and add water gradually bind a soft dough (just soft not sticky).<br \/>\nStretch the dough on a clean work surface, add butter and knead for a good 10 minutes till its nice smooth and elastic.<br \/>\nCover and let it rise till double in size.<br \/>\nOnce risen divide into equal portions. Roll each dough ball in to a smooth ball without any cracks. Dust a little dry flour and roll each ball in to a thick round disc. Place on to a parchment paper lined baking tray.<br \/>\nBake in the oven on 180C for 10 minutes till they nice and puffy. Reduce temperature to 150 C and bake for a further 5 minutes or till baked through. Don&#8217;t let them get browned.<br \/>\nRemove from oven and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Serve hot with your favourite fillings.<\/p>\n<h2>Lemon Butter Kebabs Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3\u20444 kg chicken mince<br \/>\n11\u20442 slices bread, soaked in water<br \/>\nand squeezed out.<br \/>\n1 large onion grated (squeeze out excess liquid)<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1 tsp crushed garlic<br \/>\n1 tsp green masala<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp lemon pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp chicken spice<br \/>\n1 tsp dhana jeeru<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix everything together well.<br \/>\nChill for 1-2 hours in the fridge.<br \/>\nOil hands and form into kebabs. Place in a large flat pot with a little water and steam on medium heat untill cooked. Add a little butter to brown.<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>60g butter<br \/>\nJuice of 1 large lemon<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 tsp brown sugar<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp lemon pepper<br \/>\nHeat together gently untill<br \/>\nsimmering. Add in 1 cup of fresh<br \/>\ncream, 2 tbsp of garlic sauce, and chopped<br \/>\nparsley. Simmer on low to thicken.<br \/>\nPlace kebabs in sauce and grill for 3-5 minutes.
