{"id":19850,"date":"2023-03-30T10:11:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T02:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19850"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:48","slug":"pineapple-dessert-ataleofsauceandspice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/pineapple-dessert-ataleofsauceandspice","title":{"rendered":"Pineapple Dessert"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 large pineapple ( 2 cups)<br \/>\n1 heaped tsp agar agar powder<br \/>\n2 Tblsp sugar<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup fresh cream<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup dessert cream (canned)<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup sour cream<br \/>\n1\u20443 cup condensed milk<br \/>\nFew drops pineapple essence (optional)<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup or more chopped nuts (almonds\/ cashews\/ pistachios)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Chop your pineapple in to small cubes. Add it to a pan\/ pot with the sugar and agar agar powder mix it and cook on medium heat till its bubbling. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly till its warm. While you mix the creams.<br \/>\nIn another bowl add all the creams (fresh cream, dessert cream, sour cream, Condensed milk and essence) mix gently then add the pineapple mixture make sure its not boiling hot. With an electric beater beat this mixture for a minute or two. Add chopped nuts and place in to serving bowls decorate as desired using more nuts and dried rose petals.
