{"id":19409,"date":"2023-03-28T12:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T04:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19409"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:54","slug":"lahmi-bi-ajeen-on-roti-pastry-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lahmi-bi-ajeen-on-roti-pastry-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Lahmi Bi Ajeen On Roti Pastry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1kg beef minced meat<br \/>\n2 finely diced onions<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon of 7 spice<br \/>\n5 crushed garlic<br \/>\n1 heaped tablespoon of plain yogurt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of hot sauce (optional)<br \/>\nBig drizzle Pomegranate molasses<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of Tahini<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tablespoon of white Vinegar<br \/>\nBunch of chopped fresh Mint<br \/>\nBunch of chopped fresh Parsley<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of capsicum paste<br \/>\nPine nuts<br \/>\nRoti pastry ( coles, Woolies, big fresh, ect )<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Brown off the minced meat and add the diced onion &amp; crushed garlic .cook till onions are translucent .<br \/>\nadd salt, seven spice, pomegranate molasses, tahini, yogurt, hot sauce &amp; vinegar.<br \/>\nMix really well for a few minutes .<br \/>\nAdd in capsicum paste and mix till all combined.<br \/>\nThen turn off heat and mix in the parsley and mint, Leave the mixture to cool down.<br \/>\nSpread the meat mixture onto the roti pastry evenly topping off with pine nuts and bake till golden .<br \/>\nServe with yogurt and veggies.<br \/>\nthere\u2019s a green packet and a blue packet of roti, the only difference is the green one has more.<br \/>\nI like to spread the meat mixture onto the roti while it\u2019s still frozen. It spreads on easily.
