{"id":19394,"date":"2023-03-26T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-25T23:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19394"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:32:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:32:56","slug":"prawns-fried-rice-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/prawns-fried-rice-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Prawns Fried Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 tablespoons sesame oil<br \/>\n2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 bag prawns<br \/>\n1 onion thinly sliced<br \/>\nFrozen vegetable peas, corn and diced carrots<br \/>\nGreen onions, sliced into thin rounds<br \/>\n2 to 3 garlic cloves, finely mince<br \/>\n1 tsp ginger<br \/>\n3 large eggs<br \/>\nCooked rice (I use basmati rice)<br \/>\n3 to 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Heat a large skillet over high heat until very hot. Add 1 tablespoon oil.<br \/>\nAdd eggs to skillet. Cook, stirring to form large soft curds, about 30 seconds.<br \/>\nTransfer to a plate and set it aside. Return skillet to high heat and add 2 tablespoons oil, cook the prawns stirring from time to time until its fully cooked and place prawns on a plate; set aside.<br \/>\nIn the same skillet add your onion and cook for few minutes or until the onion is soften, add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 1 minute.<br \/>\nAdd your frozen veggies and add salt cook for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally.<br \/>\nAfter 3 minutes start adding rice and stir to combine. Add your green onions than add the cooked prawns and cooked eggs to skillet.<br \/>\nPour in soy sauce and sesame oil and cook, stirring until heated through, 1 minute.
