Make the buttermilk by combining your plant based milk with white vinegar and letting it sit for 20 minutes. It should become thicker<br \/>\n2. In the meantime combine the flour and all seasonings mixing well. Coat the oyster mushroom in buttermilk and then flour generously<br \/>\n3. Heat oil on medium heat and deep fry for up to 2\/3 minutes on each side. Drain in a paper towel<br \/>\n4. Heat up your buffalo sauce for a couple minutes on low heat to get fragrant released<br \/>\n5. Grill your ciabatta adding a thick layer of vegan Mayo on both breads (I used Hellmann\u2019s) then top with rocket salad and tomato slices. Dunk the crispy oyster mushroom in that hot buffalo sauce coating generously, add that on top of the tomatoes<br \/>\n6. OPTIONAL: add cheese<br \/>\n7.
