{"id":19247,"date":"2023-03-12T09:56:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-12T01:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19247"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:33:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:33:08","slug":"vegetable-meat-pie-smothered-in-tomato-sauce-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/vegetable-meat-pie-smothered-in-tomato-sauce-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Vegetable Meat Pie Smothered In Tomato Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n3 tablespoons tomato sauce<br \/>\n1 beef stock cube mixed in 1 cup boiling water<br \/>\n1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 large brown onion, finely chopped<br \/>\n500g beef mince<br \/>\n1 carrot, peeled, grated<br \/>\n1 zucchini, grated<br \/>\n1\/2 cup frozen peas<br \/>\n2 tablespoons plain flour<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.<br \/>\nIncrease heat to medium-high. Add mince. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until browned and the water evaporates.<br \/>\nAdd carrot, zucchini and peas. Stir to combine. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.<br \/>\nGradually add beef stock, tomato &amp; Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season to taste with S&amp;P. Set aside to cool completely.<br \/>\nCut puff pastry and place in pie maker (I use the sunbeam Pie maker) spoon in pie mixture.
