Coat parboiled sweet potato cubes in oil, salt, pepper and chilli flakes and place in the AirFryer at 180C to airfry for 20 minutes mixing halfway<br \/>\n2. In a mixing bowl add ricotta, honey, garlic, mixed herbs, pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of oil mixing with a hand blender for 2-3 minutes until creamy and fluffy<br \/>\n3.
