Finely crush the almonds using a food processor<br \/>\n2. Saute\u0301 the sliced onion and garlic ginger paste<br \/>\n3. Add the chillies, crushed almonds, turmeric, chilli powder and curry powder before frying the spices on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes<br \/>\n4. Add the chopped eggplant, salt, whole almonds, cream and water<br \/>\n5. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggplant is tender<br \/>\n6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander<br \/>\n7.
