{"id":19077,"date":"2023-03-09T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T01:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19077"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:33:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:33:26","slug":"fish-curry-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fish-curry-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Fish Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>600g Fish of your choice<br \/>\n1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon mild red chilli paste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon paprika powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon cumin powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n2 tablespoons lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Marinate the above for atleast 6 hours refrigerated.<br \/>\nHeat 1\/2 cup oil in a non stick pot or pan. ( Add less if required)<br \/>\nFry the fish until done. Remove from the oil and leave aside.<br \/>\nTo the same oil, add 1 medium onion blended ( not course and not extremely fine).<br \/>\nAs it just begins to turn pink, add:<br \/>\n1 tablespoon garlic paste<br \/>\n12 curry leaves<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Coriander powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cumin powder<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder<br \/>\nKashmiri Red chilli powder to taste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon paprika powder<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon mustard seeds<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\nAdd 1 medium tomato blended fine.<br \/>\nMix and simmer until the oil sperates.<br \/>\nAdd water to make a thick gravy.( Do not make it watery) . Mix well.<br \/>\nAdd the fish.
