Using cooked hashbrowns, place 3\/4 of each hashbrown in a muffin tray<br \/>\n2. Add a spoonful of baked beans<br \/>\n3. Add enough Egg Whites till the muffin cup is filled to the top.<br \/>\n4. OPTIONAL: Feel free to add normal eggs and a little bit of milk!<br \/>\n5. Top off with some cheese and chilli flakes<br \/>\n6.
