{"id":19070,"date":"2023-03-09T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19070"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:33:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:33:29","slug":"pan-fried-chinese-beef-buns-meandmyfood2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/pan-fried-chinese-beef-buns-meandmyfood2020","title":{"rendered":"Pan Fried Chinese Beef Buns"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dough:<\/strong><br \/>\n300g all purpose flour<br \/>\n100g hot water<br \/>\n90g room temperature water<br \/>\n1 Tbsp oil<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n<strong>Beef filling:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 pack (600g) of @costco organic ground beef<br \/>\n1 leek stalk<br \/>\n6 scallions<br \/>\n1 Tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1\/2 Tbsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 Tbsp fresh ground pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 cup water &#8211; add in 2 tbsp at a time until all absorbed (mix the beef with water in one circular direction)<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>1.Mix the flour with the boiling hot water. It will turn into flaky looking lumps( reference in the reel)<br \/>\n2.Then add cold water, oil and salt. Use a stand mixer on medium low speed until the dough forms into a smooth ball<br \/>\n3.Take the dough out and roll into a smooth ball. Use plastic wrap to seal it and let it rest for 1 hour.<br \/>\n4.Remove the plastic wrap and roll the dough into a log and cut into equal pieces (about 15-18, depending on the size)<br \/>\n5.Roll out each piece into a thin round wrap. Put 2 tbsp of filling on the wrap and seal it. Pat down to a flat round bun and set aside.<br \/>\n6.Put cooking oil into a warm pan, place the flattened buns on it and cook for 1 minute before adding room temperature water to the pan. Cover the lid and wait until all water is evaporated.<br \/>\n7.Open the lid and check the bottom side. Flip over when the bottom is golden brown. Cook for 1 minute on the other side.
