Heat the cooking oil on high. In the meantime chop your paneer in cubes and generously coat them in a mixture of cornflour, salt and pepper<br \/>\n2. Once paneer is browned a little, drain the excess oil on a tissue<br \/>\n3. Pour a little oil to heat on the Tower Nonstick pan. Then add the minced garlic and heat until fragrant. Then add soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, pepper and brown sugar. Stir over heat until combined, then add the cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce<br \/>\n4. Add in your pepper and onion cubes. We want to keep them crunchy.
