{"id":19042,"date":"2023-03-08T09:14:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T01:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19042"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:33:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:33:34","slug":"pan-roasted-olives-with-fresh-herbs-anexplorerskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/pan-roasted-olives-with-fresh-herbs-anexplorerskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Pan Roasted Olives With Fresh Herbs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>10 oz block of Feta Cheese<br \/>\n1 cup Ricotta Cheese<br \/>\n3 tsp honey, divided<br \/>\n2 cups assorted olives<br \/>\n3 Tbs good olive oil<br \/>\n1 shallot, sliced thin<br \/>\nGrated lemon peel from 1\u20442 of lemon<br \/>\nOrange peel strips<br \/>\n1\u20444 tsp fennel seeds<br \/>\n2 sprigs fresh thyme, divided<br \/>\n1\u20444 tsp smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 Tbs fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n2 tsp fresh oregano leaves<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Place the feta and ricotta in a medium bowl, add 2 tsp honey. Reserve 1 tsp honey for the olives.<br \/>\n2. Whip the mixture together with a hand held mixer for 2 minutes and spread onto your serving plate.<br \/>\n3. Use a hand held peeler and slice off 3 peels from the orange. You don&#8217;t want the white pith, only the orange skin. Slice each strip into long thin strips.<br \/>\n4. Heat oil in medium fry pan over medium heat. Add fennel seed &amp; shallot for 1 minute, stir. Turn heat to low, add grated lemon peel, orange peel, smoked paprika and 1 thyme sprig. Cook another 30 seconds, stir.<br \/>\n5. Stir in lemon juice and honey.<br \/>\n6. Cut or tear 1\/3 to 1\/2 of the olives in half. Add olives, toss, warm 30 seconds, remove from heat, cool to room temperature &amp; pour over the ricotta\/feta mixture. Decorate with extra thyme sprigs &amp; fresh oregano leaves<br \/>\n7.
