{"id":19038,"date":"2023-03-08T08:34:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T00:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=19038"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:33:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:33:37","slug":"mini-sujuk-n-cheese-pides-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mini-sujuk-n-cheese-pides-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Mini Sujuk N Cheese Pides"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For Dough<\/h2>\n<p>(Make sure you use loose dry yeast not the sachet and make sure it\u2019s in date , out of date yeast will result in dough that doesn\u2019t rise and hard to work with)<br \/>\n1 kilo good quality white flour<br \/>\n3 table spoons loose yeast<br \/>\n2 table spoons salt<br \/>\n2 table spoons caster sugar<br \/>\n500 ml lukewarm water<br \/>\n100 ml milk<br \/>\n2 table spoons olive oil to lubricate the bowl .<br \/>\nThis amount should make about 50-60 mini pides depending on how much of the off cut you use .<br \/>\nIf you want to make a smaller amount then simply half the recipe .<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Add the lukewarm water to the yeast and mix well , let it rest about 10 mins until it has froth on top layer . Then add the milk to it .<br \/>\nIn a stand mixer add the flour , sugar and salt .<br \/>\nAdd the yeast , water and milk mixture to it and mix well with a dough hook for 3-4 mins until it forms a large ball .<br \/>\nGrease a large bowl with some oil and add the dough and cover well with a damp cloth and leave to rest in a warm spot .<br \/>\nAllow 1\/1-5 hours for it to rise.<br \/>\nOn a floured bench roll into a log and cut into desired amounts per pizza.<br \/>\nRoll into circles and place on floured bench and cover and allow to rest a further 20 mins before rolling out .
