{"id":18999,"date":"2023-03-07T07:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T23:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18999"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:33:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:33:43","slug":"khorshe-fasanjan-nanos_kitchen1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/khorshe-fasanjan-nanos_kitchen1","title":{"rendered":"Khorshe Fasanjan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4-5 bone and skin In chicken thighs- or other preferred cuts<br \/>\n4 dates ( I only use @ziyadbrand) (pits removed and pasted)- you can substitute for honey or sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 cup pomegranate molasses @yamamaofficial<br \/>\n2 medium onions- diced<br \/>\nOlive oil and butter for saute\u0301ing<br \/>\n1 tbsp or turmeric<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepper to taste<br \/>\n4 $affaron threads &#8211; soaked in few tbsp of water<br \/>\n1 cup of roasted or raw walnuts (I used @fresh.gourmet honey roasted walnuts)<br \/>\n4 cups of water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a food processor, add your walnuts and dates and blend until a smooth paste forms. Set the mix aside<br \/>\nAfter cleaning your chicken season them with salt and pepper.<br \/>\nIn a pan, add butter and olive oil and sear your chicken on all sides for about 10 min on each side.<br \/>\nRemove from the pan, add your onions and saute\u0301 until translucent. Add turmeric, salt and pepper.<br \/>\nThen add your walnut\/ date paste allow to saute\u0301 until the oils from the walnut comes out. Add your saffron water, pomegranate molasses and 4 cups of water. Stir, bring to a boil. Then cover and allow to simmer for 2 hours.
