I did mine using a spoon and scraped them out.<br \/>\nslice them into 1 cm thickness pieces like shown in reel.<br \/>\nIn a pan fry off lamb fillets until cooked and juice from meat has absorbed . set aside<br \/>\nIn a large pour the goats yoghurt and 1 litre of water and 2 tbs of corn flour.
