Marinate chicken pieces with the garlic ginger paste and lightly fry them until golden brown and set aside<br \/>\n2. Fry 1\/2 an onion until crispy and set aside<br \/>\n3. Saute\u0301 the remaining 1.5 onions and add the spices<br \/>\n4. Once the spices have mixed add in the yoghurt, ghee and water and simmer before adding in the chicken<br \/>\n5. Simmer until ready for about 20 minutes<br \/>\n6. Garnish with fresh coriander<br \/>\n7.
