{"id":18977,"date":"2023-03-05T09:49:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-05T01:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18977"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:33:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:33:49","slug":"sambousek-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sambousek-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Sambousek"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kilo mince meat<br \/>\n1 kilo diced onion<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\n2 tsp of 7 spices<br \/>\na splash of pomegranate molasses to taste<br \/>\n1\u20442 chopped parsely (optional)<br \/>\n4 packs of shortcrust pastry ( you might need more or less depending on how much you stuff your pastry and what size you make them )<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a pot fry off mince until cooked and juice has absorbed.<br \/>\nAdd in diced onion and stir for 5 minutes or until translucent. Add salt and 7 spice.<br \/>\nTurn off heat add in pomegranate molasses and parsely. Give it a mix and let it cool down<br \/>\nTake out a sheet of shortcrust and use a cookie cutter to cut out desired circle.<br \/>\nAdd a tsp of the mince mix and fold.
