Once it begins to start popping, add the ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste. Once you get a nice aroma add all the spices. Braise for a minute.<br \/>\nAdd the potatoes and lemon juice. Cook till the potatoes dry up more.<br \/>\nLeave aside to cool completely. Then add freshly cut dhania as preferred.<br \/>\nRoll into balls. Leave aside.<br \/>\nThese can be prepared on hand, rolled and kept aside till ready to fry.<\/p>\n<h2>For The Batter<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup chick pea \/ chana flour<br \/>\n2 heap tbs rice flour<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp baking powder<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp Red chilli powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp crushed ajwain \/ carom seeds<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp coriander \/ dhana powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp cumin \/ cumin powder<br \/>\n1 tbs lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix the above with enough water to make a medium thick batter.<br \/>\nThis batter can be made in advance too.
